I started sketching this guy, but had no idea what do to with the arms. I pretty much said "screw it" and made a huge liquidy mess oozing from where his arms were supposed to be.
From then on, sludge-dude was born.
Inspired by this drawing of Dr. Manhattan and his kids (if anyone knows the artist who drew that, PLEASE tell me).
